My name is Zachary Bauman, DO, MHA, FACOS, FACS and I am a Trauma and Acute Care Surgeon at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. I did my medical school training at Des Monies University and completed my general surgery resident at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in the Detroit, MI area. I also completed my surgical critical care fellowship at Henry ford Hospital in Detroit. from there, I ventured to Tucson, AZ where I completed a second fellowship in trauma and acute care surgery. I started as a staff surgeon at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2016 and have been there ever since.
